The Process 

As technicians spray, a signal is sent from the spray gun to a tracking system which sends information to the computer. The computer then translates the information and projects the spray pattern onto the screen. Every time the trigger of the spray gun is pulled, the computer begins tracking the spray pass.  

 

The best painting facilities know that learning is a process and training needs to be conducted on a continual basis.  Painting is just like any other profession, there are constant innovations and technologies that can improve the process.  Many industries require continually courses or certification renewals to be sure the outcomes are of the best nature.   

 

Unfortunately for the painting and coating industry, training can be incredibly costly in terms of money, time and materials.  This is the major factor that prohibits many facilities from continual training operations.
