The right spray techniques lead to the most effective and efficient spray operations.  The only drawback to those techniques is the proper use which is a result of training.  Many technicians learn by trial-and-error or by watching others paint which could be reinforcing techniques that lead to improper application processes.   

 

The LaserPaint can teach new technicians the right techniques right from the beginning.  They are able to learn about proper distance, 50% overlap and overspray by using the laser dot.   

 

Experienced technicians can see the same benefits but more reinforced.  They are able to see if they techniques are still efficient.  It can be used as a reminder.   

 

Proper training can immediately improve efficiency by increasing transfer efficiency and reducing material consumption.  Technicians can see exactly where the paint spray is going to land whether the surface is being sprayed is flat, curved or a corner.
